Plot
The film opens with a group of Elvis Presley impersonators, led by Wayne (Kevin Costner),practicing their act for an upcoming Elvis convention. The group is made up of a variety of characters, including a former lounge singer (Kurt Russell),a Vietnam War veteran (Dennis Quaid),and a young woman (Courteney Cox) who is trying to escape her abusive husband. As the group prepares for the convention, they learn that a casino is going to be holding a special event featuring a rare Elvis Presley artifact. The group decides to rob the casino, using their Elvis impersonations to gain access to the event.
The heist goes off without a hitch, and the group escapes with the artifact. However, they soon find themselves being pursued by the FBI and the casino's security forces. The group must now use all of their skills to stay one step ahead of the authorities and get away with the loot.
Cast
